He held the title of Doctor of Historical Sciences and served as a professor. Born in the village of Kornova in Bessarabia, he contributed significantly to the field of African studies and was recognized for his scholarly work in history. His academic career was marked by a dedication to expanding knowledge in his specialty, and he passed away in Odessa, Ukraine.
