Born on October 12, 1906, in Dubki, Tula Governorate, he began his career as an electromonter and later joined the Communist Party in 1928. He graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1931 and held various engineering and administrative roles throughout his career, including positions in the Soviet government until his retirement in 1958. He passed away on May 15, 1995, in Moscow.
