Dmitry Arnoldovich Popkov, born on March 10, 1972, in Kurgan, is a Russian orthopedist and the head of the Clinic of Neuroorthopedics and Systemic Diseases at the National Medical Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics named after Academician G. A. Ilizarov. He earned the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences in 2005 and became a professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAN) in 2018.
