Donald Neville Saltmarsh (1934-2006) was an Australian politician who initially served as a Methodist minister before entering politics. He was first affiliated with the Labor Party in 1967 but switched to the Liberal Party in 1971. Saltmarsh was elected to the Victorian Legislative Council for Waverley in 1976, later resigning to contest the Legislative Assembly seat of Wantirna, where he was elected but defeated in 1985. He was educated at Longerong Agricultural College and Melbourne University, and he had four children with his wife Ariel.
