Donald Munro Shand (1904–1976) was an Australian grazier, known for founding East-West Airlines. He was born in Drummoyne, Sydney, and converted his 4000-acre property into agricultural land. Shand was influential in the cultivation of various crops in Australia and played a vital role in local agriculture during World War II. He was recognized for his contributions with a CMG appointment in 1976. Throughout his life, he faced many challenges, including the Great Depression, but he also managed to expand the airline industry before his death in Woodville.
