Douglas Ast is a former Canadian ice hockey player born on April 17, 1973, in Chilliwack, British Columbia. He spent six seasons playing for ERC Ingolstadt and two seasons for Iserlohn Roosters in the German Ice Hockey League. In the 1990s, he was also a professional inline hockey player in North America's Roller Hockey International league.
