Dragan Nikolić (April 26, 1957 - June 4, 2018) was a commander of the Bosnian Serb army at the Sušica detention camp near Foča, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he was accused of war crimes. He was arrested by NATO-led Stabilization Force and brought to The Hague for trial. Nikolić contested that Bosnia and Herzegovina’s sovereignty was violated due to his abduction. He was sentenced to 23 years in prison on December 18, 2003, which was later reduced to 20 years. He was released early in 2013 and died in Serbia in June 2018.
