Dragan Obrenović (born April 12, 1963) is a former high-ranking officer from Bosnia and Herzegovina and a commander in the Yugoslav People's Army and the Army of the Republika Srpska. He was indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in 2001 for war crimes and crimes against humanity related to the Srebrenica genocide in July 1995. In 2003, he pleaded guilty to persecution and was sentenced to 17 years in prison, serving his sentence in Norway and released in 2012 for good behavior.
