Tanasijević has participated in over 860 group exhibitions and held 56 solo exhibitions over his 39-year career. Additionally, he was involved in teaching and designing exhibitions and served as president of the photography section of the Applied Artists and Designers Association of Serbia from 1995 to 1997.
