Dragomir Kostić is a Serbian poet and retired professor at the University of Pristina, currently based in Kosovska Mitrovica. He was born on April 27, 1954, in Preoci near Priština. After completing primary and secondary education, he graduated from the Philosophical Faculty in Pristina in 1991. He is known for his book 'Spuštanje prema moru' (1984) and has published extensively in the journal Jedinstvo. Kostić's poetry has been translated into several languages, and he continues to contribute critical works to various journals.
