He directs the Center for Applied Behavior Systems and is the founder of the concept of 'Actively Caring'. Geller co-founded GellerAC4P, which promotes the Actively Caring for People movement globally. Additionally, he is a co-founder and Senior Partner of Safety Performance Solutions, Inc., which has specialized in behavior-based safety training and consulting since 1995.
