Eben Kelvin Edward Vickery (1910-1974) was an Australian politician, born in Sydney. He was educated at Scots College and worked as a farmer and grazier. Vickery served from 1941 to 1974 on the Namoi Shire Council, holding the position of president eleven times. He was a member of the Country Party in the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1967 until his death. He married Dulcie Scouller in 1936 and had four daughters.
