Edward Lee "Ed" Doemland (1938-2012) was an American composer, organist, and jazz pianist from Chicago. He studied piano as a child and later pursued music theory and percussion. While he initially studied chemistry at Lawrence College, he taught the subject at various high schools. Doemland served as an organist at churches and performed as a jazz pianist. He was also associated with the Milwaukee Civic Orchestra and composed jazz pieces including a symphony for large jazz ensembles. He was honored with the Civic Music Association's Lifetime Achievement in Music Award.
