Edgar Henry Lechner (1919-2015) was an American football guard and tackle, known for playing a season with the New York Giants in the NFL. He played college football at the University of Minnesota and attended high school in Fessenden, North Dakota. Lechner served in the United States Navy during World War II and later became a dentist. He lived in St. Paul, Minnesota, until his passing in November 2015.
