Edina Knapek is a former Hungarian fencer who specialized in foil fencing. She represented Hungary during the 1990s and the early 21st century. Knapek competed at the Olympics in 2000 and 2008 in individual and team events, reaching the quarter-finals in the individual event in 2008. She secured third place in the individual competition at the World Championships in 2002 and 2005, and also achieved third place at the European Championships in 2001 and 2011. Additionally, Knapek and the Hungarian women's foil team won the European Championships in 2007.
