Edison Mouriño is a Uruguayan musician, businessman, composer, and violinist born on April 6, 1955, in Montevideo. He began studying music and the violin from a young age and has performed with the Orquestra Simfònica del Sodre and the Orquestra Filharmònica de Montevideo. He received a nomination for the Premi Graffiti in 2014 and won the Premi Nacional de Música d'Uruguai in 2018. Mouriño has also performed at the Argentino Hotel and collaborated with fellow Uruguayan artists such as Paola Dalto and Felipe Rubini.
