Edith Eleanor Schryver (1901–1984) was a pioneering landscape architect and a founding partner of Lord & Schryver, the first female-owned landscape architecture firm in the Pacific Northwest. Born in New York, she studied at the Lowthorpe School of Landscape Architecture for Women and later worked with notable landscape architect Ellen Biddle Shipman. In 1929, alongside Elizabeth Lord, she established an influential firm that designed over 200 gardens in the Pacific Northwest. Schryver contributed significantly to landscape design and education, notably teaching advanced landscape design during World War II.
