Eduard Smutný (February 6, 1944 – 1993) was a Czechoslovak computer and microcomputer designer. In the 1980s, he was at the forefront of microcomputer designers. He was the author and designer of the ONDRA and SAPI-1 microcomputers. Eduard had a twin brother named Tomáš Smutný.
