Moga has published several poetry books, including 'La luz oída,' which won the Adonáis Poetry Award in 1995. His translation work includes authors like Frank O'Hara and Walt Whitman. He has contributed literary criticism to various magazines and co-directed a poetry collection from 2003 to 2012. In 2016, he became director of the Editora Regional de Extremadura.
