Edvin K. Thorson (1918–2011) was a Norwegian businessman, industrial entrepreneur, and nature enthusiast. He started in his father's men's clothing firm and later established his own commercial production of machine-knitted health shirts post-World War II. The shirts gained popularity, leading to a shift in production toward underwear. After 30 years, he sold his factory and two clothing stores in Oslo. In 1964, he founded EKT Riding School, and in the 1970s, established a camp school and riding school that evolved into Langedrag Nature Park.
