Edward D. Lozansky, born on February 10, 1941, in Kyiv, is a Soviet physicist and an American-Russian publicist and social activist. He is an academician of the Russian Academy of Social Sciences, founder and president of the Moscow International University, and a professor at MSU and MEPhI. Lozansky is the president of the World Russian Forum and has been active in promoting U.S.-Russia cooperation, even initiating lawsuits regarding political issues. He has authored multiple publications focusing on U.S.-Russian relations.
