Edward Peter Bertram Savile Foljambe, the 5th Earl of Liverpool, born on November 14, 1944, is a British peer and Conservative politician in the House of Lords. The son of Captain Peter Foljambe, who died in World War II before his birth, he was educated at Shrewsbury School and inherited his title from his great-uncle in 1969. Following the House of Lords Act 1999, he retained a seat as one of the 92 hereditary peers. He was married twice and has two sons from his first marriage, which ended in divorce.
