Edward George McGregor is an American serial killer born on March 29, 1973. He is known for raping and murdering four women in the Greater Houston area between 1990 and 2006. His criminal activities were brought to an end through DNA evidence, leading to his conviction for one of the murders in 2010. McGregor was subsequently sentenced to life imprisonment, highlighting the serious nature of his crimes.
