Edythe Kirchmaier (January 22, 1908 – October 24, 2015) was a centenarian and one of the oldest users on Facebook. She signed up for the site on her 105th birthday in 2013. Kirchmaier was the oldest graduate of the University of Chicago, having also graduated from Ohio State University and Springfield High School. In her retirement, she volunteered weekly for Direct Relief charity and was the oldest licensed driver in California, with an unblemished driving record for 86 years. She lived in Santa Barbara, California, and passed away at 107 years old.
