He has successfully freed over 100,000 slaves and advocates against slavery and child labor in South Asia. Khan played a significant role in raising awareness on these issues at international forums, including the United Nations and the International Labour Organization. His work gained international attention, particularly after the tragic assassination of Iqbal Masih, a child laborer he helped free.
