Eileen Nkosi-Shandu (born Eileen Eidana Nkosi) was a South African politician active in the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP). She served as Deputy Minister of Public Works from 1996 to 1999 in the post-apartheid government and was later KwaZulu-Natal's MEC for Education until 2000, when she was dismissed due to a nepotism scandal. Her political career began in 1979 while working as a teacher and school principal. She represented the IFP in the National Assembly from 1994 to 1999 and in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature from 1999 to 2004.
