Einar Jenssen (1930–1979) was a Norwegian forester and landowner who operated Vinje bruk in Mosvik. He inherited the significant land and forest properties from his father in 1964. Jenssen was actively involved in local politics as a member of the Mosvik municipal council, and he served as chairman of the Inntrøndelag forest company from 1974 until his tragic death in 1979 due to a drowning accident. He played roles in various forestry associations and was a representative for the Right party in local government.
