Einar Inge Skorgen (November 28, 1940 - July 29, 2016) was a Norwegian Vice Admiral who had a distinguished career in the Royal Norwegian Navy starting in 1959. He served on submarines during the Cold War, including command of the Kobben-class submarine. Skorgen later became the head of the Submarine School and the submarine force, emphasizing relations with the Russian Northern Fleet, contributing to military de-escalation and fostering good relations with Russia in the north.
