Eldon Philip Regua is a retired major general in the United States Army Reserve, born in 1955. He served last as the Deputy Commanding General and Chief of Staff (Wartime) for the 8th United States Army in Yongsan, Korea. Prior to this role, he was the Commanding General of the 75th Division in Houston, Texas, completing his assignment in July 2011. Regua is noted for being the highest-ranking officer of Filipino American descent in active or reserve status, and he also has Mexican American heritage.
