Eleanor Emmons Maccoby (May 15, 1917 - December 11, 2018) was an American psychologist best known for her research in child and family psychology. Maccoby earned her MA and PhD from the University of Michigan and conducted her doctoral research in B.F. Skinner's lab at Harvard.
