Eleanor Montague (born February 11, 1926) is a radiologist and educator known for her contributions to breast cancer research. Born in Genoa, Italy, and raised in Pennsylvania, she earned her degrees from the University of Alabama and the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania. Montague worked at the MD Anderson Cancer Center from 1961 to 1983, becoming a full professor of radiology in 1973. She has received multiple awards for her research, including the Janeway Medal and the Gold Medal from the Radiological Society of North America.
