Elena Aída Conterno Martinelli is a Peruvian economist born on December 12, 1969. She has been serving as the president of the Peruvian Institute of Business Action (IPAE) since March 2019. Her notable political role includes being the Minister of Production of Peru from October 2008 to July 2009 during Alan García Pérez's second presidency. Additionally, she was the president of the National Fisheries Society from May 2013 until February 2019.
