Mballa discovered her passion for dance during her adolescence and eventually pursued her love for theater during her studies. She founded the Nyanga Dance company and later established the Phénix company, which has gained global recognition. Additionally, she has served as president of Sociladra in Cameroon, promoting authors' rights.
