Elizabeth Montoya de Sarria (born in 1949) was an alleged emissary of the Cali Cartel during the 1994 presidential campaign of Colombian president Ernesto Samper. She was implicated in illegal funding accusations related to the campaign, linked to her husband, Jesus Amado Sarria Agredo, who was convicted of drug trafficking. However, he was found not guilty later. On February 1, 1996, she was murdered, possibly as a scapegoat during the 'Proceso 8000' scandal, as she was to testify against Samper.
