Eljay B. Bowron, born on January 2, 1951, is an American law enforcement officer and former Director of the United States Secret Service from 1993 to 1997. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1973 and held various positions within the Secret Service. After resigning in 1997, he served briefly with the Social Security Administration and became Inspector General of the Department of the Interior. Later, he worked as COO of Vance International and co-founded TorchStone Global. He currently resides in Naples, Florida.
