Elmer Wayne Henley, born on May 9, 1956, is a serial killer serving a prison sentence in Texas. He was convicted in 1974 for his involvement, alongside Dean Corll and others, in a series of mass murders in Houston. Between 1970 and 1973, at least 28 boys and young men were kidnapped, tortured, raped, and killed. Henley's actions contributed to one of the most notorious crime sprees in Texas history.
