Enid Williams is an English bassist best known as a member of the British metal band Girlschool. She co-founded the band in 1977, initially named Painted Lady, with her childhood friend Kim McAuliffe. The band was renamed Girlschool in 1978. Enid left the group in 1982 but returned in 2000 and has been a permanent member since. Alongside her bass duties, she also provides lead vocals on many tracks, although other band members contribute to vocals on certain songs.
