Eric Upshall is a Canadian politician born on December 24, 1951. He was a member of the Saskatchewan New Democratic Party and served in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan from 1986 to 1999. Upshall was first elected in 1986, representing the Humboldt constituency. He continued to serve until the 1995 election, after which he ran in the new constituency of Watrous, but ultimately lost to Donna Harpauer in 1999. His political career was marked by his commitment to provincial governance in Saskatchewan.
