Erik Fichtelius is a Swedish journalist, television author, and writer born in Uppsala on December 15, 1949. He served as CEO of Utbildningsradion, Sweden's leading educational broadcasting company, until the summer of 2015. Following that, he took on a role at the National Library of Sweden, where he worked on developing a national library strategy until 2019.
