Eris Herryanto is a retired Indonesian Air Force Major General, born on January 5, 1955. He served as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense of Indonesia and graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1976. He was later appointed as an Independent Commissioner of Pelabuhan Indonesia IV on March 23, 2020. After retiring, he led the Indonesian Scout contingent at the 21st World Scout Jamboree in London in 2007 and served as the Deputy Chair of the National Scout Movement from 2008 to 2013.
