Erling Kroken was a Norwegian ski jumper known for his accomplishments in the early 1950s. He achieved significant success with his victory at the Norwegian Championships in 1951, where he set a hill record of 78.5 meters. That same year, he won at the Skuibakken in Bærum with a jump of 83.5 meters. Kroken was a member of Norway's team for the inaugural Four Hills Tournament in 1953, securing 8th place in Partenkirchen and winning in Oberstdorf. He finished 7th at the 1954 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun.
