Saha gained recognition for his heroic roles in several 1940s films, including 'Matkalla seikkailuun' (1945) and 'Kyläraittien kuningas' (1945). His last leading role was in 'Suomalaistyttöjä Tukholmassa' (1952). Saha also acted in dramas and comedies and was known for his boxing skills, which he showcased in the sports film 'Sisulla ja sydämellä' (1947).
