Esther Muinjangue, born on December 17, 1970, in Namibia, is a prominent Namibian politician and member of the National Unity Democratic Organisation (NUDO). She has made history as the first woman to lead a Namibian party and was the first female presidential candidate in Namibia during the 2019 elections, receiving 1.5% of the vote. Since March 23, 2020, she has served as Deputy Minister of Health and Social Services, the first opposition politician to hold such a position since 1990. She is also known for her advocacy related to the Ovaherero Genocide.
