Ethan Cepuran is an American speed skater born on May 13, 2000, in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. He made his junior world championship debut in 2016 and first participated in the Junior World Cup in 2018. Cepuran debuted in the senior World Cup in December 2018, regularly competing from fall 2019. He won a bronze medal in team pursuit at the 2022 Winter Olympics and placed 17th in the 5000m event. Additionally, he won the overall World Cup title in team pursuits during the 2021/2022 season.
