Fabio Ochoa Vásquez (born May 2, 1957) is a former leader of the Medellín Cartel, involved in cocaine trafficking alongside his older brothers, Juan David and Jorge Luis. He became a billionaire during his short tenure with the cartel. After a brief period in prison in Colombia, he was arrested in 1999 and extradited to the United States, where he is serving a 30-year sentence in federal prison.
