Faggan Singh Kulaste is an Indian politician born on May 18, 1959. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and was appointed as the Minister of State for Rural Development and Steel in the Government of India. Kulaste represents the Mandla constituency of Madhya Pradesh in the 17th Lok Sabha (2019–2024) and has a long political career, having been elected multiple times to the Lok Sabha and served in the Rajya Sabha. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, he won by a significant margin.
