Fahri Kasırga is a Turkish lawyer born on January 20, 1953, in Rize, Turkey. He is currently serving as the Secretary General of the Presidency of Turkey. Prior to this role, he held the position of non-party Minister of Justice until the 2007 general elections, after which he joined the Justice and Development Party led by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He graduated from Istanbul University in 1977.
