Fares Abbad is a Yemeni Quran reciter born on April 11, 1980. He is regarded by his admirers as one of the best Quran reciters due to his melodious voice. He graduated from the memorization circles at Bilal ibn Rabah Mosque in Sana'a. Abbad serves as an associate imam at the Abdullah ibn Badr Al-Suwidan Mosque in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. His recitations are broadcast on Al-Majd Quran Channel, and he has also recited the famous poem 'Nuniat Al-Qahthani' with its 686 verses.
