Fares Mana'a (b. 1965) is a Yemeni arms dealer and businessman, known as the most prominent arms trader in the Middle East. He was born in the northern province of Sa'dah and has connections with former President Ali Abdullah Saleh and his party, the General People's Congress. Mana'a also has ties to Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar and served as the head of the mediation committee between the Houthi rebels and the Yemeni government during the Sa'dah wars. His brother, Hassan Mana'a, served as the governor of Sa'dah.
