Farid Ghadry, born on June 18, 1954, is a Syrian human rights activist and the co-founder and current president of the United States-backed party advocating for regime change in Syria. He is often compared to Iraqi exile Ahmad Chalabi, who was also supported by the U.S. government in efforts to liberate his country from Saddam Hussein.
